Corporate Transfer Accounts — Ground Transport for Companies Moving Staff Through Egypt

Recurring bookings, consolidated monthly invoicing, priority dispatch and a dedicated account manager for companies, travel managers, hotels and event organisers with regular Egypt transfer needs.

Who this is for

Built for organisations that move people regularly

A corporate account removes the friction of per-booking payments, receipt collection and individual driver coordination. You submit a booking, we handle the rest, and the invoice arrives at the end of the month.

Companies

Corporations with Egypt operations

Oil and gas companies, construction firms, international NGOs, trade delegations and multinationals with Cairo, Alexandria or Red Sea office presence who move expatriate staff, visiting executives and international consultants through Egypt's airports on a regular schedule. A single account covers all staff transfers under one monthly invoice, with per-passenger cost codes for internal billing if required.

Travel management

Travel managers and TMCs

Travel management companies and in-house travel managers booking Egypt ground transport on behalf of their clients. Submit bookings via email with passenger name, flight and drop-off; we confirm within 2 hours. Monthly billing to your agency, VAT invoice included. We can also issue individual receipts per passenger trip if your clients require expense documentation.

Hotels

Hotel concierge and guest services

Four- and five-star hotels along the Nile and Red Sea coast that offer airport transfer services to guests. SwiftGate supplies the vehicles and drivers; your concierge team submits bookings through a dedicated email channel. Vehicle signs can carry your hotel name rather than the SwiftGate brand. Billing monthly to the property. Available at Cairo, Hurghada, Luxor, Aswan and Sharm el-Sheikh.

Events

Event organisers and MICE agencies

Corporate conferences, incentive travel groups, product launches and trade delegations. If you are coordinating 20 or more delegates arriving across multiple flights at Cairo or Hurghada, a pre-agreed account with reserved vehicles ensures smooth airport-to-venue delivery on the day. We can stage multiple minibuses for wave departures tied to flight arrival blocks.

Pharma & media

Specialist sectors

Pharmaceutical field teams, film and TV production crews, press delegations and documentary units frequently need reliable ground transport that can be confirmed quickly and billed cleanly. We have managed transfers for production companies shooting in Luxor and Aswan, and for clinical teams rotating through Cairo teaching hospitals. Vehicles can carry equipment cases — declare dimensions when booking.

Long-term

Expat relocation services

Relocation management companies placing families in Cairo, Alexandria or the Red Sea resorts often need a cluster of transfers in a short period — airport arrival, school runs during the settling-in week, shopping trips to New Cairo. A short-term corporate account handles this cleanly without requiring per-trip payments from a newly arrived family still sorting bank accounts.

What a corporate account includes

The practical difference between a corporate account and ad-hoc booking comes down to five things: billing, speed, priority, account oversight and branding options.

Monthly consolidated invoicing

All transfers completed under your account during a calendar month are gathered into a single invoice issued on the first business day of the following month. The invoice is itemised by journey, with date, passenger name, route, vehicle category, departure time and individual fare. Payment by bank transfer within 14 calendar days. VAT receipt issued under ETA Tax ID 851-273-694 for deductibility against Egyptian corporate tax where applicable. For foreign companies, invoices can be denominated in USD on request.

Dedicated account manager

Each corporate account is assigned a named account manager at the SwiftGate office in Nasr City. This person handles booking submissions, schedule changes, complaints and special requests. You communicate directly — not through a general inbox or a chatbot. The account manager also proactively monitors incoming bookings for schedule conflicts, flight delays affecting multiple passengers on the same day, or last-minute availability issues, and resolves them without you having to chase.

Priority dispatch

Corporate bookings are assigned vehicles and drivers before individual bookings during peak periods. In practical terms this means that on a busy Friday evening at Cairo Terminal 3 — when eight charter flights land in the same two-hour window — your passenger's car is confirmed and staged ahead of the queue. For same-day bookings submitted during office hours (08:00–20:00 Cairo time, UTC+2), we guarantee vehicle confirmation within 2 hours. Outside office hours, within 4 hours.

Booking portal by email

Booking is done by email to a dedicated corporate address. The format is simple: passenger name, flight number, arrival airport and terminal, destination address, vehicle category required, any special requirements (child seat, wheelchair-accessible vehicle, additional luggage). We confirm within the priority window. Travel managers managing multiple employees submit all their bookings in a single daily email if preferred — we process them sequentially and confirm each within the standard window.

Volume pricing

Accounts expecting 10 or more transfers per month qualify for a negotiated volume rate applied to all bookings during the month. The rate is agreed at account opening and reviewed quarterly. For very high-volume accounts — 40 or more monthly transfers — we can pre-allocate a standing vehicle for your city destinations.

White-label vehicle signs

For hotel concierge and event agency accounts, driver name-boards and vehicle signage can carry your company or property name rather than SwiftGate branding. Your guest sees a seamless, branded arrival. Available from the first month of operation at no additional cost.

Fast-track add-on at corporate rate

Corporate accounts can add VIP fast-track to any individual transfer booking at the corporate rate, billed on the same monthly invoice. Useful for time-sensitive arrivals — a senior executive landing at Cairo T3 on a tight schedule — without requiring a separate pre-payment.

Getting started

How to open a corporate account

The process is short and does not require a deposit. From first contact to active account is typically 48 hours.

01

Send the enquiry

Complete the contact form on this page or email [email protected] with your company name, address, Egyptian tax registration number if you have one, expected monthly transfer volume (approximate), and the name of the person who will manage bookings day-to-day. No commitment at this stage — it is just the information we need to set up the account.

02

We send the account agreement

Within one business day, your assigned account manager emails a short account agreement covering: invoice frequency, payment terms (14 days from invoice), vehicle categories available, priority dispatch definition, white-label options if required, and the dedicated booking email address. No complex contract — the document is two pages.

03

Sign and activate

Return the signed agreement by email — digital signature is fine. The account is activated on the same day. Your account manager sends the corporate booking email address, the vehicle category codes and the emergency dispatch number. If you have transfers booked in the first week, those are migrated to the new account billing automatically.

04

Submit bookings as they arise

Use the dedicated corporate email for all bookings. Standard format: passenger name, flight number, airport, terminal, destination, vehicle category, any extras. We confirm within the priority window. Your account manager tracks all open bookings and flags any potential issues — delayed flights, vehicle upgrades needed for an unexpected group size — before they become problems on the day.

05

Receive monthly invoice

The invoice lands in your inbox on the first business day of the following month. Review it against the itemised list — disputes are rare because every booking confirmation is emailed at the time of booking, so the numbers match. Pay by bank transfer within 14 days. That is the entire cycle. For accounts requiring cost codes or department allocations on the invoice, specify this at account opening and we will format accordingly.

Questions

Common questions about corporate accounts

No. There is no minimum volume requirement to maintain a corporate account. If your company has Egypt projects that run for three months intensively and then pause, the account stays open and available at no cost during the quiet period. The only practical difference between low-volume and high-volume accounts is eligibility for the volume rate — which applies from 10 or more transfers per month.

Yes. You can designate multiple booking contacts — for example, a travel coordinator in Cairo and a project manager in London who books for visiting consultants. Each is registered by name and email address. Bookings from any registered contact are processed the same way. The monthly invoice consolidates all bookings regardless of who submitted them, unless you want separate billing by contact or department, which we can arrange with a simple coding system.

The driver's direct number is on every booking confirmation. Your passenger calls the driver and the driver navigates to the correct pick-up point. For corporate accounts, the account manager is also available as a second point of contact. Drivers are instructed to wait the included waiting time before contacting the account manager — there is no automatic cancellation on a missed first contact. See the airports page for exact meeting point details at each terminal.

Yes. Add "fast-track required" to the booking email and it will be arranged at the corporate rate and billed on the same monthly invoice. Fast-track is available at Cairo (all terminals) and Hurghada. At Luxor, Aswan and Sharm el-Sheikh, the meet-and-greet service covers expedited handling through smaller terminals. See the fast-track page for what is included at each airport.

Yes. All SwiftGate vehicles operate under a commercial passenger transport licence issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Transport. Drivers hold professional commercial transport licences. Vehicles carry liability insurance for commercial passenger operations. We can provide copies of licences and insurance certificates for inclusion in corporate supplier qualification packs — request these from your account manager.

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available for corporate accounts in Cairo with at least 48 hours' advance notice. The vehicle is a modified minivan with a rear ramp and a secured wheelchair bay. Availability outside Cairo — at Hurghada, Luxor or Aswan — requires 72 hours' notice and is subject to vehicle availability on the date. Specify accessibility requirements clearly when submitting the booking so we can confirm the vehicle type.

What corporate clients use alongside account transfers

Most corporate accounts combine standard transfers with at least one additional service.

VIP

Fast-track arrivals

For senior executives on a tight schedule, a representative meets them airside at the gate and walks them through visa, passport control and baggage — from wheels-down to the car in under 45 minutes at Cairo T3. Billed monthly on the corporate invoice alongside the transfer.

Groups

Minibus for delegations

Groups of 8 to 14 travelling together — conference delegates, project teams — are most cost-effective in a single minibus rather than multiple sedans. Book as a group vehicle under the corporate account; the per-head cost drops significantly versus individual bookings.

Long distance

Intercity runs

Corporate teams visiting project sites or offshore platforms often need Cairo-to-Hurghada or Cairo-to-Alexandria runs on short notice. These are available under the corporate account at fixed prices with the same priority dispatch and monthly billing.
