  • Flight number — we use this to track the actual landing and adjust the driver's pick-up automatically.
  • Arrival airport — Cairo (CAI), Hurghada (HRG), Luxor (LXR), Aswan (ASW) or Sharm el-Sheikh (SSH).
  • Drop-off address or district — a hotel name or neighbourhood is enough; precise address if you have it.
  • Date and scheduled landing time — in local Egypt time (GMT+2) if possible.
  • Number of passengers and bags — so we can match the right vehicle from the fleet.
  • Any extras needed — child seat, VIP fast-track, meet-and-greet sign, return leg.

Requests sent during office hours (Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Cairo time) are answered within the hour. Messages received outside those hours — including late-night and weekend requests — are handled by the on-call reservations team and answered by the time the office opens at 09:00 the following working day, or sooner if the journey is the same night. Common questions about contacting us

Yes. Send a modification request by email to [email protected] or call the reservations line. Changes to pick-up time, drop-off address or vehicle size are handled at no extra charge provided we receive notice at least three hours before the scheduled pick-up. Same-day modifications for urgent reasons are handled on a best-effort basis.

Your driver tracks the actual flight in real time, so a time shift of a few hours is handled automatically without you needing to call us. If the flight number itself changes — because of a reroute or rebooking — please let us know by phone or email so we can update the tracking reference. The pick-up arrangement remains the same.

Payment options are confirmed in the quote email. For most private transfers we accept payment in cash (EGP, USD or EUR) on arrival, or by bank transfer before the journey for corporate and group bookings. The pricing page has a full breakdown by tier and vehicle type.
